The schemes will vary in size and value from around £5,000 to £100,000. The Sub Contractors will be called upon to price. The works awarded to the Sub Contractor will be showing best value for money and meeting programme deadlines. BBLP require the Sub Contractors to complete the provided BOQ. BBLP will review tenders once received and will undertake a commercial comparison review with two sample jobs.
