## About this tender

Homes England is seeking to appoint a multidisciplinary professional services team for the Homes England - Teville Gate site. The main objective of the appointment is to create a commercially viable and deliverable proposal for a mixed-use residential led regeneration scheme. The commission will be broken into the following stages of work:\\\\\\\\r\\\\r\\r
