Adopt South are the Regional Adoption Agency for Hampshire, Isle of Wight, Portsmouth and Southampton councils, who find secure and loving permanent homes for children in care by recruiting, assessing, and approving adopters, and to provide them with comprehensive post-adoption support. Adopt South works to make the process of matching children with families more efficient by combining the resources of four local authorities and supporting families before, during, and after the adoption order. The below threshold contract was established following a quotation process whereby the successful supplier met the specification requirements.
