The Castleton to Rochdale Bee Network Phase 2 (Phase 2 herein) will connect the highways work recently delivered through Castleton local centre (Phase 1) onwards to Rochdale Town Centre through a further package of complimentary active travel measures along and adjacent to the Manchester Road (A664 and A58) corridor. The scheme elements have been developed collaboratively with colleagues from Transport for Greater Manchester.
