All materials must be printed by the Supplier in accordance with the relevant current and up to date legislation, prevailing Electoral Commission and / or Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government or other Official guidance and timescales. This will include production of: • Canvass Forms (CF, CCA, CCB) • Invitation to Register Forms (ITRs) • Associated Reminder Forms for ITRs • Polling Cards & Household Notification Letters (HNLs) • Postal Voting Packs (PVs) • Ballot Papers NB - it is a requirement that the supplier's premises is located within 50 miles from South Staffordshire District Council (SSDC) offices, as detailed in the specification.
