The impact evaluation should seek to provide insight into the attributable outcomes/impacts of the interventions relative to the counterfactual scenario of non-intervention (i.e. the absence of the energy affordability schemes in scope). It will assess whether causal links between the schemes and observed outcomes/ impacts of interest can be identified. ## CPV classification Energy and related services Source Contracts Finder (UK) [View official notice](https://www.contractsfinder.service.gov.uk/notice/3032b06d-0ac8-4e67-9e57-0410c2f4754b) Never miss a tender like this again Get AI summaries, deadline alerts and a bid pipeline for tenders matched to your business.
