The lifecycle component of whole lifecycle considerations needs to be developed to reflect actual operational experience (and cost), impact to customers and safety risk to road workers. The standard needs a broader approach to appraise different options and include designer input to maintenance options. This would also need to reflect, climate change, sustainability, and net zero in relationship to sustaining the asset through its entire lifecycle. ## CPV classification Development consultancy services Source Contracts Finder (UK) [View official notice](https://www.contractsfinder.service.gov.uk/notice/2bdc48b4-0669-49bf-a6aa-4da7e53520d5) Never miss a tender like this again Get AI summaries, deadline alerts and a bid pipeline for tenders matched to your business.
