A key component of this must include a review of Merton's existing cycle route network and present a strategy and supporting delivery plan detailing how this can be transformed into a comprehensive borough-wide network of high-quality cycle routes. \\r \\r The strategy must identify and align with relevant national, London, and Council strategies and policies, particularly on Climate Change, Air Quality, Public Health and Planning.
