TAH (The Albert Halls) is looking to appoint a provider for the supply of a ticketing solution for the administration of ticket sales and to provide a customer relationship management (CRM) solution. TAH (The Albert Halls) is looking to appoint a provider for the supply of a fully managed system covering sales, customer care, and CRM. This must include direct management of a purchasing application and ticket sales, technical support, marketing support, customer relationship management (CRM) support, secure dispatch of physical tickets, and customer service support through a contact centre. The term of the Contract will be for two (2) years with the option of up to two (2) twelve (12) month extensions available.
