The Transition Summer Project is to be developed in partnership with Oxfordshire Virtual School, providing support for up to 24 Children We Care For (CWCF) in 2025. The aim is to bridge the gap between primary and secondary school for Year 6 children in the care of Oxfordshire, who will be transferring to secondary school in September 2025. Numbers to be confirmed and agreed between both parties in January each year. The Standard Summer Project to be developed in partnership with Oxfordshire Virtual School.
