Implementation of the devolution deal is now underway, and we are seeking to bring external support into the Combined Authority to develop and accelerate our housing ambitions, pending recruitment of key posts. Linked to this was an announcement from government for combined authorities to produce Local Growth Plans (long term plans that identify growth sectors and put in place the programmes and infrastructure they need to thrive) and proposed reforms to the National Planning Policy Framework; both of which put greater emphasis on increasing housing numbers. ## CPV classification Research consultancy services Source Contracts Finder (UK) [View official notice](https://www.contractsfinder.service.gov.uk/notice/2ef766c5-96f3-4574-8040-3592c3cb5a60) Never miss a tender like this again Get AI summaries, deadline alerts and a bid pipeline for tenders matched to your business.
