It provides back-office services to our owner organisations and has three offices based in Swindon, Newport and Billingham. The Billingham office is due to be demolished as part of a redevelopment project in the town so an alternative office location has been sourced in Stockton. The landlord at the new Stockton property only provides Facilities Management services in public / communal spaces so UKSBS needs to put in place a contract to support all hard and soft FM requirements within our demise, with an eye to value for the taxpayer given the public funding element. The office space is on the first floor of a building with lift and stair access. The doors will require a pass to allow access.
