These additional units will be within 1 hour of York and will form part of this contract JRHT deliver an estimated 70% of maintenance work on their properties through directly via a DLO. The remaining 30% will be delivered via this contract. The tendering Contractors should note that emergency repairs (repairs within 24 hours) are not included in this contract and will be dealt with by JRHT's DLO.
