The provider offers a range of schemes and benefits and the contract is intended to be 'built' upon so that employers can introduce new schemes within the benefit platform as they wish. The health cash plan is a flexible benefit whereby if the organisation invests the very minimum staff have the option to increase their own premium and benefits accordingly and starts at just £6.93 per month.
