The works also comprise the removal and replacement of existing roof cladding, soffit boards, fascia boards, and rainwater goods at AK006G. In addition, existing lighting circuits and fittings within AKL 232 and AKL 233 will be disconnected and removed, with new lighting circuits and fittings installed in their place. The scope further includes the installation of a new fire alarm smoke detector system serving AKL 232 and AKL 233.
