Contracts will commence on 01 April 2025 for 3 years, with the option to extend for a further 2 years, and are being procured under an open tender process. Following review, the current contracts have been amended and tenders are now invited for: • (CPC-GGM2025) Grass cutting and grounds maintenance • (CPC-SRGM2025) Sharpham Road playing fields grounds maintenance Tenders must be submitted using the Invitation to Quote document. Other forms of pricing will not be considered. To be considered, written tenders must have been received in a sealed envelope marked PRIVATE & CONFIDENTIAL to the parish council by 13:00 on 02 December 2024.
