It is anticipated that these evaluations will entail surveys, qualitative interviews, focus groups and secondary data analysis, alongside in-depth analysis of causal mechanisms, outcomes and impacts. BEIS envisages a primarily theory-based approach to impact evaluation, complemented with quasi-experimental analysis of cost and energy savings data, to provide a rigorous understanding of the contribution of SHDF to its intended and unintended outcomes. ## CPV classification Evaluation consultancy services Source Contracts Finder (UK) [View official notice](https://www.contractsfinder.service.gov.uk/notice/fff3ab7d-2232-4e6b-981c-b2f819f12017) Never miss a tender like this again Get AI summaries, deadline alerts and a bid pipeline for tenders matched to your business.
