This will contribute to achieving the Council's vision of "right care, right time, right place, right information, right choices" and introduce a TEC First approach in Cornwall. The Council's requirement is to source a temporary and managed 'plug & go' system that consists of, but is not limited to, activity, movement and door sensors connected via a central digital hub, that gathers data generated to chart the activity of individuals' day-to-day capabilities and better inform care needs assessments.
