All inherent equipment supplied and installed is owned by the University. The selected supplier will manage the PPM and RM by synchronising their service facilities to that of the University of Nottingham's Estates Office Facilities Management Systems, and on behalf of the University, act as the single point of contact for enquiries about the service. The upcoming procurement will also cover the maintenance of dry risers and fire hydrants across the university campuses. The University of Nottingham ("the University") is not a contracting authority for the purposes of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (as amended) and its procurement activities are not subject to the Public Contracts Regulations 2015.
