Only contractors on the Framework Lot were eligible to participate using the Council's e-tendering system. The mini-competition utilized the Social Value Portal. The contract suite used is the NEC4 Professional Services Contract (amended) to facilitate early contractor engagement (ECI) followed by the NEC4 Engineering and Construction Contract Option A (priced main works contract with an activity schedule). Note the contract dates entered in this Contracts Finder Notice are intended to indicate the time period of both the ECI and main works contracts, although the latter is subject to agreement on completion of the former.
