Arrangements will also have to be made with the appropriate Statutory Authorities for the connection to / extension of services to the building. Wirral Youth Theatre & Youth Hub is located on Pilgrim Street, Birkenhead, Wirral CH41 5EH. The site is a former school building which has been adapted for Youth Service provision. The New POD Building is to be located to the rear of the site within the existing Carpark.
