Pursuing unpaid debts resulting from the issue of PCNs once the Council has exhausted its own processes. The Council issues annually around 125,000 PCNs through parking enforcement and moving traffic enforcement using cameras and around 2.5% of these PCNs are passed over to Enforcement Agents for recovery. Legislation requires that only certificated Enforcement Agents are used.
