The key requirements that the FCDO seeks from the Contractor are: - Delivery of security services to the UK Mission to the UN and WTO in Geneva; - First class support and customer service; - Delivery of value for money on behalf of the UK taxpayer; - Flexibility and responsiveness to change; - Proactive engagement with the Authority to changes and requirements by local and national authorities in Switzerland and - Compliance with all contractual obligations, national and international laws. The Contract will have a duration of three (3) years. The contract may be extended by a further two years in yearly increments. The Authority has a budget of £2,488,108 GBP for the maximum 5-year contract period.
