[More contracts for small businesses and VCSEs](https://tendernation.io/opportunities/for-small-businesses) ## About this tender The Contracting Authority requires the undertaking of repairs, renewals, reinstatements and improvements in respect of the following trades to its housing properties located within or adjacent to the boundaries of the West Lancashire Borough Council - Lot 1 - Paving - Lot 2 - Fencing - Lot 3 Drainage - Lot 4 - Asphalt Work - Lot 5 - Roofing - Lot 6 - Plumbing - Lot 7 - House and Communal Clearance - Lot 8 - Scaffolding The Contracting Authority's mission is to create strong sustainable communities and they are committed to making a positive difference. The quality of these services provided is therefore of paramount importance. The Contracting Authority is therefore seeking to appoint a Framework of up to 5 Contractors for each Trade who can deliver these services to the highest possible standards and can demonstrate a proven track record for these services. The Framework will be for a 4 year period and the initial call-off contracts will be for 36 months commencing on or about the 1st July 2024 with an option for up to a further 2 years.
