AECOM have previously delivered both the Heat Map and Masterplan in 2022 and Heat Network Feasibility Study in 2023, having won both contracts through a competitive process under the GLA's LEA framework or its predecessor DEEP framework. As is recommended by HNDU, which is providing the majority of the funding for this work, we intend to direct-award the next stage to AECOM, to avoid unnecessary repetition of previous work.
