The council is undertaking a significant amount of consultation activity as part of service redesign, strategy, and policy development. The council has a small consultation team and extra capacity may be required over the next year to help deal with the peaks in demand in the areas of analysis of responses both quantitative and qualitative and report writing drawing out conclusions. Support would therefore be required from a supplier in terms of: • Analysing the results • Developing a detailed consultation report • Responding to queries.
