The outcome of this process will be the preparation of a vehicle for Citizen engagement, a vision for the town centre utilising co-creation with the citizenry and a preliminary town centre delivery plan for tools, processes, and investable projects. This will identify a clear preliminary vision for subsequent development, the tools required including those for adoption within the planning system, an outline programme of likely project deliverables / investible projects, in addition to establishing governance and delivery structures with co-production at their heart, to bring these principles and projects to life.
