Most of our members are developing silicon chips, including integrated photonics systems. We maintain a pool of equipment which is available for users to rent on a flexible basis. We focus on providing equipment that is likely to be in demand by current and future members. The required equipment is a single imaging system to enable the inspection of silicon chips and similar samples.
