Suppliers may submit bids for one or more of each of the sites listed. Each supplier may submit up to two proposals for each site. The council reserve the right to award each site individually or to award 2 or 3 sites to the same bidder if cost / quality savings are evident in accordance with the evaluation criteria. A site visit is considered essential to evaluate the existing site layout, measure for exact dimensions and to enable submission of an acceptable proposal.
