Part of our Adult Social Care External Workforce Programme, the TNA will be rolled out to our contracted adult care providers in the form of an online questionnaire which will provide comprehensive workforce training information of the sector in Cambridgeshire. This will be used to identify gaps in training and/or skills at an individual, organisational and county-wide level.
