This contract will design and produce the report to be published, using the content being developed by NE. The contract will have three main objectives: 1) to design the main SONC report to be publication ready, 2) to co-develop the SONC narrative and key messages, and 3) to co-develop and design standalone additional communication and engagement materials, to support report promotion. Please note the maximum value above is inclusive of VAT.
