Draft, review, and approve a charter, create a communication plan for stakeholder engagement, initiate pilot projects, and continuously evaluate and refine processes based on stakeholder feedback. Technical Workstream: Develop detailed project plans for overarching and seven subprojects, including timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables. Review resource requirements and budgets, work with technical leads to deliver technical architecture and documentation, and review and harmonize change control and configuration mechanisms to maintain the integrity of the Landscape Document.
