The Audit and Monitoring (A+M) contract support the performance management of Facilities Management contracts ([contractsfinder.service.gov.uk/Search/Results](https://www.contractsfinder.service.gov.uk/Search/Results?page=4#5e26d1d5-fae5-4c36-abc3-9718791f11c0)) The A+M contractor act on behalf of the customer to ensure that the FM contractors are meeting their obligations. The A+M contractor's obligations include: - Technical Support - Performance Management, Analysis & Reporting (of the FM Provider's performance) - Monthly Review of the FM Provider's Self-Reporting - Business Management & Project Support - Asset Verification The contract is for an initial 4.5 year period, commencing 5th October 2020 - 31st March 2025. The contract has a 4-year extension option running until 31st March 2029.
