Together we agreed that: 'By 2030 we want Surrey to be a uniquely special place where everyone has a great start to life, people live healthy and fulfilling lives, are enabled to achieve their full potential and contribute to their community, and no one is left behind.' It is essential that the care and support provided by Surrey County Council's Adult Wellbeing and Health Partnerships Directorate enables us to deliver our Community Vision for 2030 and promotes the independence for our residents in all we do and offer. Adult Wellbeing and Health Partnerships are looking to understand the markets capability for working as a development partner alongside the Council.
