The AG Zone is quite a specialist concept, it is highly focused on developing research and innovation, and providing the ecosystem for this to happen rather than just providing concentrations of infrastructure. 1The Consultant, in providing this evidence base, shall support the phasing outlined above and the development of the concept (for clarity the phasing activity sits outside of this Agreement scope).
