The Works required as part of this commission are associated with the full Western Access extent (as described above) to enable the early preliminary designs to be undertaken, with initial concept designs already having been produced. RDA will act on behalf of Bury and Rochdale Councils and will be leading the development of the preliminary designs. RDA will also lead on the procurement. Delivery and out-puts on required surveys to inform and provide greater certainty in the design development.
