Unitas will provide welfare and material storage. This project consists of renewing vertical hanging tiles and flat roof coverings to a number of flats and communal areas within the sheltered accommodation, Wooldridge Court, located in the Smallthorne area of Stoke on Trent. The scheduled works are to renew and extend 18nr existing bay window flat roof coverings and to replace the vertical hanging tiles to 20 nr 1st and 2nd-floor bays with a lightweight metal tile. The contactor is to supply suitable scaffolding in order to complete the works to the satisfaction of Unitas.
