Herefordshire Council operate an emergency out of hours telephone service for members of the public, covering a number of different council areas, such as environmental health and trading standards, highways, homelessness and adult social care. A procurement exercise is likely to be conducted in October / November 2024, following the necessary financial and governance procedures. The procurement route has not yet been decided.
