By summer 2024, Ofgem has committed to rating the ESOs IT progress against their Business Plan. Support is required from a Supplier to assess the ESOs IT portfolio using the Cost Monitoring Framework created by the ESO regulation team at Ofgem. This assessment will inform Ofgem's assessment of the ESO's performance under the RIIO-2 price control.
