[More contracts for small businesses and VCSEs](https://tendernation.io/opportunities/for-small-businesses) ## About this tender The Specialist Floating Support service will: • Support adults with multiple disadvantages stemming from a combination of needs that would include mental ill-health, substance misuse, forensic background and behaviours of distress and who as a result find themselves at risk of becoming homeless or who are homeless. • Provide personalised and coordinated approach to the support of individuals. • Support individuals to achieve their outcomes and promote their independence. • Work with existing community groups part or outside the Open Mental Health Alliance and system partners such as Housing, Health, Adult Social Care and Probation services.
