Following engagement held in 2023 with the suppliers and potential users of the DPS, the scope has been refined to two lots. These are proposed to be: - Lot 1 LED Installation - Lot 2 Solar PV Installation The DPS is proposed to have a value under Procurement threshold for Works contracts. The council intends to utilise PPN 11/20 to reserve the opportunity for Essex based suppliers. ECC would like to update its market information from the previous round of market engagement.
