The framework places significant emphasis on delivering high-quality products to customers, following policies and standards, and reducing post-handover problems. Aster is seeking consultant partners who are flexible and forward-thinking, particularly when it comes to changes in building safety and sustainability standards. The framework also aims to add value to both Aster and preferably a limited number of suppliers/partners by promoting transparency, openness, and long-term collaborative relationships.
