Therefore, the Council are seeking to commission a wide range of Short Breaks provisions of play schemes/holiday schemes, clubs and activities for children and young people with a disability and/or additional needs, including those with more complex needs. The Short Breaks will need to be designed to enable eligible children and young people to have fun, socialise and learn new skills.
