Recent government regulations have required Young Devon to register Millbrook separately. This Contract will enable the Council to utilise the Millbrook provision outside of the previous scope. The provision and support provided is a key priority for the Council who currently have young people seeking asylum aged 18 years and over placed at Millbrook.
