The key responsibility for the service provider will be to conduct on-site medical reviews for a range of circumstances, for example, long term sickness absence, ill health retirement and injury awards, pre-employment medicals, asbestos medicals etc. The service provider will also provide professional clinical guidance and support to the team in order for the unit to meet its aims of maintaining and further improving the wellbeing of the workforce.
