As this will be a 4 year call off the threshold meets the requirement for a D1 and subsequent D3 report. In the interim we require a short-term exemption to allow for the purchase of equipment for new starters and the replacement of broken equipment. GMCA receives a significant discount of 62% on products via the NHS SBS framework that can not be achieved through other frameworks.
