This site is adjacent to the Hilsea Jubilee Splashpool which opens in mid-May and closes usually in early September. The operating hours of the Splashpool are 11am - 6pm 7 days per week. Please note the opening and closing dates vary according to the weather. The Splashpool can also be closed due to weather conditions or issues within the site which bidders will need to take into consideration. The nearby play area and Pump track remain open throughout the year. All of these facilities are free for the public to use. The income expectations for the mobile concession unit is in the region of ?350 per month.
