This will be a compliant and sustainable (i.e. not "abnormally low") bid with an overall score higher than any other Bidder's overall score.\\r \\r ### Specification\\r Forecast Service: Domain based forecasting service. Forecast text written specifically for the geographic area managed by GCC (for the avoidance of doubt this means a more generic regional text shall not be provided)\\r All elements of information provided to GCC shall be consistent - for example, hazard tables with the text forecast will be consistent with the textual element.\\r Morning Summary Text - to be provided at 9am to ensure it includes the coldest period predicted by previous lunchtime and evening update forecasts.\\r 24 hour Domain Forecast for 3 areas within the county (East = Cotswold District, Central = Stroud District, Gloucester and Cheltenham and Tewkesbury Borough, West = Forest of Dean District)\\r 24-hour Site Specific Forecast Graphs for our weather sensors (currently 11 but looking at additional sites as part of our County Weather Station Strategy)\\r 2-5 Day Forecast is the minimum service level 2-8 day forecast is desirable with options for 6-10day summary\\r Weather radar for the UK indicating short and medium-term precipitation type and intensity\\r ### Consultancy\\r Monitoring and Alerting\\r ### Web Portal\\r Forecast delivery methods\\r Management and Reporting\\r \\r Contract term is for 2 years with the option to extend by a further 2 years to a total of 4 years.
