The aim is to inform and engage with Potential Providers to gain realistic and practical information relating to the provision of a securely hosted online e-Auction and e-Sourcing procurement solution(s) for the management of tendering and e-Auctions. The e-Auction solution is required for normal reverse auctions and the e-Sourcing solution is required as a procurement process tool to manage the end to end process cycle covering all stages of the tendering process from notice creation to award of contract, including the automated publication of all notices, expressions of interest, requests for information and request for quotes, the secure exchange of all tender documents, and a secure messaging system.
