The term of the Contract will be for a maximum period five (5) years; an initial three (3) year term from contract execution with a two (2) year extension option. Please note that due to the nature of this opportunity, this is not a regulated procurement activity and does not fall under the Public Contract Regulations 2015, Concession Contract Regulations 2016 or EU Treaty procurement principles.
